Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposits

100% refundable within 48 hours of cancellation approval.

Products & Services

Non-refundable once sold, delivered, or activated.

11.1 Test Drive Bookings

Test drive appointments are complimentary. You may cancel or reschedule at any time by contacting our team. We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to another rider.

11.2 Vehicle Booking Deposits

Booking deposits are fully refundable.
Send cancellation requests in writing via email or signed application to our sales team.
Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of cancellation approval.
We’ll credit the amount back to the original payment method or a nominated bank account.

11.3 Products & Services (No Refunds)

Once delivered or activated, the following are non-refundable:

Vehicles after delivery and registration initiation.
Accessories, spare parts, and merchandise.
Completed maintenance, detailing, or repair services.
Insurance policies, extended warranties, and service packs once activated.

Service appointments may still be cancelled or rescheduled before work begins—just contact our service desk.

11.4 Non-Refundable Fees

Registration, RTO, and statutory government charges.
Third-party costs such as insurance premiums, finance processing, and documentation fees.
Customization, modification, or special-order work once completed.

11.5 Refund Processing Timeline

Refund requests are processed within 48 hours of approval.
Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.
We return funds to the original payment instrument unless you specify an alternate bank account.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is released from our end.
